Celebrate the start of the Summer semester! Wrap the first week of classes by coming to First Friday Flicks! This event is open to the entire SFU community, all SFU students, staff, faculty and alumni. Join us at the Burnaby campus for a movie screening and popcorn! Check out the different booths, pick up some free swag and resources, speak to knowledgeable and friendly SFU staff and community members, and learn about the many free resources and services available and accessible to you. You'll also be able to ask any questions you may have!

Hatha Yoga, with a focus on alignment, pairs seated, standing and on-the-back poses with breathing techniques. This class will flow slowly and smoothly from one posture to another, with some long holds in between for deeper fascia stretching.

SFU Student Services Academic Advisors will host a course planning session for FIC students who are hoping to transfer to SFU for the Summer 2024 term as undeclared students. Undeclared students are those who have not yet declared a major program.
