What does healing look like when we imagine it together? Join SVSPO for a creative, in-person workshop exploring healing through art, writing, music, and shared wisdom!

This workshop is part of the theme of Healing and Transformation for Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) in 2026, offering students a space to explore the meaning of healing in their own lives and within their communities. Participants will engage in creative and reflective activities – including writing, music, art, and guided discussion – designed to transform personal experiences into expression, connection, and hope. The session encourages thinking about how healing might shape relationships, communities, and broader systems, bringing both personal insight and collective understanding.

Led by a clinical counsellor and an SVSPO case manager, the workshop provides opportunities to share wisdom, process emotions, and imagine pathways toward belonging and transformation. No prior artistic or writing experience is required – only curiosity and openness to reflect and engage in creativity.

When? Thursday, January 22 at 1:30-3:00PM

Where? West Mall Centre, Room 1384
