Calling all movie and music lovers! Join the Community Transition Program (Orientation) Team at their virtual event of the Spring semester as they create a space to interact through some fun activities and discussions about movies and music. Zoom link located on the FIC Student Portal.

If you have just arrived in Canada and are curious about the SFU/FIC campus before it re-opens, then join the Community Transition Program as they take you through a virtual tour of the campus! You will get a chance to ask questions, interact with a virtual map, and engage in an activity that our team has planned. This event will happen through Zoom - check your FIC student portal for more details.

Join FIC for a holiday lunch! There will be lots of food for everyone to enjoy together on this day. This event is open to FIC and SFU students so bring your friends and join us for a delicious meal. Registration required.

Do you want to hang out with others at FIC who are staying in Canada during the semester break? Do you want to showcase your decorating skills? Or, do you simply want to eat some delicious cookies? Join us for a relaxing and festive session of cookie decorating!

Connect with some Codenames to start your New Year. Join in January 1 at 7pm on Zoom for some comical and interactive games. Codenames is very fun, user-friendly over Zoom, and works great in teams--so tell your friends!

Join us in the East Tower Multipurpose Room for a winter-themed movie night with snacks and treats! (Movie choice is currently TBD)

Join us in the East Tower First Floor Lounge to create your own hot chocolate masterpiece – various mix-ins and toppings will be provided for you to choose from, with non-dairy and vegan options available as well. We’ll also have gingerbread houses available for you to decorate and take back to your rooms with you!

Come join us in the Women's Centre (SUB 2220) from Dec 1st to 15th for Christmas Card Making! We have plenty of materials for you to come make your own cards with a whole range of different vibes. This event is on a drop-in basis, no RSVP necessary! We hope to see you there! Anyone visiting can also help themselves to a warm cup of hot cocoa, tea, or noodles to fend off the winter chill. ❤️
