Orientation is a series of activities and programs which provide you with valuable information and assistance to help you make a smooth transition to study at FIC.

 

What happens at Orientation?

• Select and enroll in courses and create a timetable
• Obtain program information
• Obtain student ID card (example below)
• Obtain information about your medical insurance
• Be introduced to FIC services and facilities
• Tour the campus and library
• Meet new friends and FIC staff
• Students registered for SFU on-campus accommodation are encouraged to participate in the SFU accommodation orientation

 

Please note: Attendance at orientation is compulsory for all new students.
