- The
student is expected to attend all classes, undertake all tests and
examinations during a program, and abide by all rules and regulations
of FIC that are in force at any time.
- The contract between the applicant and FIC is governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia.
- FIC
may, by written notice, vary the conditions of enrollment as may be
necessary to comply with any law, regulation or amendment thereof, of
Canada or the Province of British Columbia.
- In
the event of circumstances requiring urgent medical care and where it
is not possible to contact the parent/guardian, FIC is authorized as a
matter of urgency to seek and provide appropriate medical care.
- International
students must meet the minimum English language requirements for entry
to the program. English proficiency will be tested and if the test
reveals insufficient English language skills, the student will be
required to include a bridging English course in the first semester of
study, or to enroll in an intensive English language program prior to
the commencement of studies.
